Founded by Wes and Nancy Wallace, Capitol Speedway began as a dream fueled by a love for racing and a passion for bringing people together. For 46 years, Wes and Nancy have proudly owned and operated the track, pouring their hearts into every race night. What started as a labor of love quickly grew into a place where families, racers, and fans feel right at home.
At Capitol Speedway, it’s about more than just fast cars and flying dirt—it’s about the excitement, the laughter, and the friendships formed in the grandstands and the pits. We’re proud of the incredible people we’ve met along the way and the strong racing community that has grown here over the decades.
